No evidence of recurrent disease

29 Oct

As promised, a quick update to say my delayed one year MRI has come back clear. Or in the language of cancer specialists ‘no evidence of recurrent disease’.

Great news!

I have a colposcopy coming up soon too but it is a relief to get through the MRI, as it was long delayed due to the pregnancy. Hopefully I’ll be able to report a clear result from the colposcopy soon.

Hello Kath, my name is Jeanne from Canada and I want to thank you for your blog. I am going to be undergoing a cone biopsy and we have been praying for a baby; your blog has given me hope and encouragement. Congratulations on the birth of your wonderful son and on the call clear on your scans! May God contnue to bless you and all of us women undergoing similar medical events.

I’m happy for you of not having evidences of recurrences. The worst nightmare is knowing you will have recurrences after getting survived from cancer.I don’t want to think about it even.I was a cancer patient few months back and I live today because of my parents continuing the cancer treatments I received.I don’t want to get entangled in that world again.

Love to hear from you! Note you don't have to leave your email address.
